Saudifood Manufacturing 2026 is underway at the Jeddah Superdome, bringing food processing technology, ingredients, packaging, automation and supply-chain suppliers together with manufacturers operating in one of the Middle East’s fastest-expanding food markets.

The trade show runs from September 27 to 29 and is being held alongside The Saudifood Show, which focuses on finished products, sourcing, retail, distribution, foodservice and hospitality.

The co-location is designed to connect more of the food value chain in one venue. Visitors can move from ingredient and processing suppliers to packaging systems, production technology and finished-food brands without treating manufacturing and commercial sourcing as separate events.

For manufacturers, the agenda is closely tied to capacity expansion and localisation. The organiser is highlighting processing, packaging, traceability, warehouse automation, cold-chain systems and efficiency improvements as major areas of buyer interest.

The timing also reflects Saudi Arabia’s wider push to expand domestic food manufacturing. The event is positioning Jeddah as a commercial meeting point for companies looking to build local production, strengthen supply chains or enter the Saudi market.

Saudifood Manufacturing’s exhibitor material says the show is aimed at plant teams, procurement professionals, engineers, operations leaders, research and development teams, quality specialists and supply-chain decision-makers, while the co-located sourcing show broadens the audience to buyers and distributors.

The Jeddah edition also marks a geographic shift for the platform. Holding both events at the Superdome places them closer to one of Saudi Arabia’s main trade and logistics gateways, which is relevant for companies evaluating import, distribution and manufacturing strategies.

The event continues through September 29. Its significance for the food industry lies less in exhibition scale alone than in the overlap between capital equipment, ingredients, finished products and market access, areas that increasingly shape investment decisions as Saudi food manufacturing expands.
