Amcor Brings UniPak Luma and Broader Food Packaging Portfolio to FoodTech 2026

Amcor will use FoodTech 2026 in Denmark to showcase a broad food and beverage packaging portfolio, including its recently launched UniPak Luma platform.

The event takes place from October 27 to 29 at MCH Messecenter Herning. Amcor plans to present rigid containers, flexible formats, closures and specialty packaging aimed at food and beverage manufacturers.

UniPak Luma is positioned for cold and ambient filled dairy products as well as chilled and dry food applications. The company will also show lightweight PET bottles and jars for beverages and dairy, plus thermoformed trays and cups used in categories such as yogurt, snacks and ready meals.

The commercial theme is the balance between production performance and packaging sustainability. Food manufacturers increasingly have to consider material reduction, recycled content, recyclability requirements, shelf life and line efficiency at the same time.

Amcor says its portfolio includes work on post consumer recycled materials and recyclability validation alongside conventional performance requirements such as product protection and production compatibility.

FoodTech gives processors a venue to evaluate these technologies with technical and commercial teams before deciding whether a format fits a particular product, filling process and supply chain.
