Alltech Opens Registration for 2027 ONE Conference in Lexington
Registration has opened for the 2027 Alltech ONE Conference, which will return to Lexington, Kentucky, from May 24 through May 26. The agriculture and food industry event is set to cover science, technology, sustainability, business and workforce issues across 11 specialised content tracks.
Alltech says previous editions have attracted participants from more than 90 countries. The 2027 programme is designed around aquaculture, beef, crop science, dairy, equine, pet, pork, poultry, food systems, business and talent, and Africa, giving the event a broader scope than a single livestock or crop conference.
AI, food security and business resilience are on the agenda
The organiser says sessions will examine artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, sustainability, biodiversity, food security, global market dynamics and workforce transformation. The programme is also expected to include discussions on productivity, animal and crop performance and business resilience.
The conference format combines mainstage programming with expert-led sessions, panel discussions and case studies. Alltech is also planning evening gatherings and expanded post-conference tours in the Lexington region.
Why the event matters commercially
Large cross-sector agriculture conferences increasingly function as meeting points for producers, nutrition companies, technology providers, researchers, investors and food businesses. The breadth of the ONE programme means its commercial relevance will depend on the final speaker and session lineup, which has not yet been fully detailed in the registration announcement.
Early-bird registration is available for a limited period, according to Alltech. Companies considering attendance should therefore separate the confirmed logistics — Lexington, May 24 to 26, 2027 — from programme elements that may continue to develop before the event.
For Agrilinkage readers, the event is worth tracking because it cuts across several parts of the agrifood chain rather than focusing on one commodity. Future programme announcements will determine which sessions have the strongest implications for production technology, animal nutrition, food systems and agribusiness strategy.
