Top Reasons to Attend
1
Live Field Demonstrations on 520,000 m² of Working Ground
Agrishow is not a convention center show, as machines work in actual soil. Tractors pull implements, planters seed live rows, and harvesters operate in the field, giving farmers and buyers a direct performance comparison that no catalog or video can replicate.
2
Brazil's Agri-Tech Launch Pad with 800+ Brands in One Week
Brazil's major and international agricultural manufacturers use Agrishow to debut their most significant new products each year. Attending means seeing precision agriculture systems, autonomous equipment, and AI-driven field management tools before they reach dealers, often with introductory conditions available only on the grounds.
3
Direct Access to Trade Representatives from Over 90 Countries
National trade delegations from Spain, the Czech Republic, India, the United States, Colombia, the Netherlands, China, and Hong Kong attend with active commercial presence. For Brazilian producers and exporters, this is the single most concentrated week of international agribusiness networking the country offers.
4
Agrishow Labs, Startup Ecosystem Inside the Fairgrounds
The Agrishow Labs hub inside the Arena de Tecnologia e Inovação connects agri-tech startups directly with farm operators and investors. Companies present solutions across carbon markets, satellite monitoring, agricultural drone applications, and predictive AI for crop risk management, drawing significant visitor traffic each edition.
5
Agrishow Pra Elas, Women in Agriculture Leadership Program
A dedicated program of talks, roundtables, and specialist presentations focusing on women's leadership and entrepreneurship in Brazilian agribusiness. The 2026 edition continues this as a permanent feature with an expanded covered and air-conditioned dedicated space, drawing women from across Brazil for structured networking between female rural producers, executives, and founders.

Tools & Services for Attendees
INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ESSENTIALS
🛂 iVisa — Brazil Entry Requirements
Most visitors from South American Mercosul nations including Argentina, Paraguay, Uruguay, and Chile enter Brazil without a visa using their national identity card. Citizens of the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia are currently visa-exempt for tourist stays under 90 days but must hold a valid passport.
🏥 SafetyWing — Travel Insurance for Agrishow
Covers medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and accident care during your stay in Brazil. The Ribeirão Preto region sits within the Yellow Fever endemic zone in São Paulo state, and vaccination is strongly recommended, as Brazilian health authorities continued targeted vaccination campaigns in the region throughout 2024 and 2025. Medical evacuation coverage is essential for travel in Brazil's interior.
📶 Airalo — Brazil eSIM
Install a Brazilian data eSIM before departure for instant 4G and 5G connectivity upon arrival at GRU or RAO, with solid coverage from TIM, Vivo, and Claro networks across the fairground and city hotels throughout Ribeirão Preto. Avoids international roaming charges across the full five days of the event and the travel corridor from São Paulo.

Professional translation for booth materials, product sheets, and presentations across Portuguese, English, Spanish, Chinese, and Dutch, which are the primary languages of Agrishow's confirmed international delegations. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. Is there parking at the Agrishow fairground, and how much does it cost?
Yes, on-site parking at the fairground is managed in partnership with VVR Estacionamentos and must be purchased in advance through the official website at agrishow.com.br. The 2026 confirmed prices are R$ 75 per entry for conventional car parking, R$ 120 per entry for vans and buses, and R$ 580 for a VIP full-week package covering all five days of the fair, available in advance only. VIP Vallet (marked in green) is located beside the main entrance and a driver parks your vehicle for you. VIP Fácil (marked in yellow) is located on the opposite side with direct motorway exit access where you self-park and take an internal bus to the entrance. All parking areas include reserved and signed spaces for people with disabilities near the main access points. For parking inquiries: (16) 3610-9281 or agrishow@vvrestacionamentos.com.br. Note that prices may change without prior notice.
2. What should visitors wear and bring for a full day at the outdoor fairground?
The official Agrishow FAQ explicitly states that comfortable flat shoes are required, and specifically warns that heeled shoes and sandals are inadvisable on the uneven fairground terrain. Entry is refused for visitors wearing flip flops, tank tops, or shorts, as the event has a dress code consistent with a professional agribusiness trade fair. Ribeirão Preto in late April sees temperatures regularly reaching 28 to 32°C with strong sun exposure, so bring sunscreen, a wide-brim hat, and sunglasses regardless of your outfit. Carry a refillable water bottle as drinking water points are available throughout the grounds. Download the official Agrishow app for Android or iPhone before arriving, as it includes an interactive map of all exhibitor stands and a "Onde Estacionei" feature that saves your parking location so you can navigate back to your vehicle at the end of the day.
3. Can you buy or place orders for equipment directly at the fair?
Yes, Agrishow is a fully commercial event where exhibitors attend specifically to sell and take orders, not only to display. Machinery, equipment, seeds, inputs, and technology solutions can be purchased or ordered directly at the stand. Many exhibitors offer Agrishow-exclusive pricing or financing conditions available only during the five days of the fair, which is one of the primary reasons large-scale producers attend in person rather than buying through regional dealers. The 2025 edition recorded R$ 14.6 billion in business intentions over the five days, a record for the event since its founding in 1994. Bring your company documentation and banking information if you are prepared to negotiate contracts, and note that many exhibitors have specific staff allocated for international buyer meetings on Monday and Tuesday mornings.
4. Is Agrishow open to the general public or only to trade professionals?
Agrishow is open to anyone who purchases a valid day ticket, with no trade credential or professional qualification required for entry. However, the event does apply a dress code that prohibits flip flops, shorts, and tank tops at all times. Children up to 4 years old enter free. Children aged 5 to 11 pay the half-price ticket, while children aged 12 and older pay the full or qualifying half-price ticket based on student documentation. Children under 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times and must purchase their tickets directly at the on-site box office rather than online. Caravans of 15 or more registered participants can book group access at R$ 85 per person with payment by boleto and one complimentary ticket for the caravan organizer per 15 confirmed members.
5. Are there food, water, mobility, and lost-item services across the fairground?
Yes, the fairground includes multiple food areas including the Pavilhão de Produtores Artesanais with regional Brazilian food and drink, as well as snack bars and restaurants throughout the site. Drinking water points are available across the grounds. For mobility, the free circular mini-train (trenzinho gratuito) passes through fixed stops across the fairground, and rentable electric golf carts are available through Compact Car at the Bosque area on Avenida A inside the fair, allocated on arrival with no advance booking possible. Visitors with mobility difficulties or disabilities should request a shared electric cart from staff at the north or south main entrance. Note that motorcycles, bicycles, segways, and personal mobility devices other than wheelchairs are strictly prohibited inside the fairground for safety reasons. Lost items should be reported to the Security or Credentialing central post.
6. How do companies register as exhibitors at Agrishow 2026?
Exhibitor registration is managed through the official Agrishow website under the "Quero Expor" (I Want to Exhibit) section, with the commercial team at Informa Markets handling space allocation and zone placement across the fairground's thematic areas covering field machinery, crop inputs, precision agriculture, livestock solutions, aviation technology, and the Agrishow Labs innovation hub. Given consistent demand at over 800 brands per edition across 520,000 m², early contact is recommended, ideally at least six months before the April dates. For exhibitor inquiries: atendimento.agrishow@informamarkets.com.br or +55 (11) 5043-9680. International exhibitors can contact DHL Express for freight forwarding and customs documentation for shipments entering Brazil for the event.
